Heh heh... John Kerry will make a much better Commander In Chief than the current jackass. He is pointing out the fools running the Pentagon and White House who were warned about the explosives and did nothing about it. You can bet our troops in the area would have gone out of their way to secure those explosives had they known about them. Rumsfeld was too busy holding news conferences back then. Funny how he has faded into the background with the campaign underway. pbs.org
