I took a 40% hit on a "Dull dividend paying stock". It was paying 13% before the "event" (now I know what a shut in is, and the possibility of it was buried on page 27 of the annual report). Ate up all my dividends for 6 months since I had diversified over 5 oil trusts. Still pissed me off. CD
