It's likely that you score close to the center on the traits that you get different results for. BWTHDIK? I'm no expert, but I believe that you can get slightly different results even in the same day. Take it at work while you have a pressing schedule, then try it at home after watching your favorite team win big. As for goofy management, I hear you. I worked as an auditor for the Feds (Dept of Education). I did lots of fraud cases. We would joke that our reports never got released..... they escaped from management. <gg> I swear, we achieved success in spite of management, not because of their great leadership.
