It certainly speaks to plausibility of the timeline being promoted by everyone but the administration and its supporters.

I particularly like this line:

bunker after bunker of material labelled "explosives."

Repeat after me:

bunker after bunker of material labelled "explosives."
bunker after bunker of material labelled "explosives."
bunker after bunker of material labelled "explosives."
bunker after bunker of material labelled "explosives."

Now reconcile that with other reports, sanitized from identification from "Bush Blogs", which assert there was no way there was material there.

Its almost humorous.

PS, the article also says "Usually it took just the snap of a bolt cutter to get into the bunkers and see the material identified by the 101st as detonation cords."

Hmnn... a bold cutter. Do you think that might have been used to cut... I don't know... an IAEA seal?

It would be humorous if not so sad.
