Bush blew it in Iraq, period. And lied about it. More lying about it today, lying to us that when Kerry attacks Bush's competence he's really attacking "the troops", but then Bush has Guliani blame the disappearance of the HX on the troops.

This is the same dishonest doublespeak we're heard since day one with the Bushies. Not fit for duty applies to Bush and Cheney.
