You really have to wonder about the tactical abilities of a guy who could manage to turn rice into exploding missiles that penetrate portions of his posterior.

For my part, I don't think I'd want him making any
decisions about anything related to explosives.<g>

380 TONS of HX, A-hole. That's probably the most dangerous stockpile in Iraqi history and though Bush knew exactly where it was he didn't send anyone to guard it.

All the spin in the world cannot change the fact that at the very leasy the site should have be intensely secured as a top priority, THE top priority.
