You are full of it. There were four major companies who did all of the big projects in Viet Nam. Among those were Cam Rahn Bay and Thansanut. Those four companies - as a result of the end of the cold war - became one and that one is Hal. Hal can do things no one else can and do them faster. Thus their usefulness in time of war.
