Bin Laden will address the American people, according to a Reuters report, discussing the reasons for the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States. The tape will air at 4 p.m. Eastern time, Reuters reported. So much for FEELING SAFE BY INVADING IRAQ! CC
