No, he's executing the plan. The last few days, you want huge rallies with cheering crowds, to reinforce the perception that victory is inevitable. Using TV to energize the base and send a message to the undecided. If Bush is not doing the exact same thing, that indicates he's been blown out of his game plan by the distant thunder of marching voters... a record-level minority/single-female/under-30 turnout. >>He's campaigning in the wrong places to be a lock.
