It's already starting up my way. A couple of weeks ago, my brother stopped in at a metal fabrication shop that does some work for him. There were several huge metal things sitting out in the yard behind the place, so he asked what they were for. Turns out, they're some kind of solar concentrators (I don't know if that's the right term for them) -- metal things that collect and reflect solar into some kind of heat-sink set-up). They're being made up for some guy with a monster house who wants to take it off the grid... hmmmm...
