LIAR! Bush and Bush only is responsible and guilty. Not the troops, not the Russians, no one else. The Russians are furious (and laughing at the ridiculousness) of that crazy idea. As if the Russians could have snuck into Iraq and moved such ordnance. And even if they did a la James Bond, where was Bush? Why didn't he place a single guard on the biggest HX cache in Iraq when the UN told him it was there under lock and key, every crate accounted for?
