The only problem with that bogus report, and there are lots of bogus reports flying around these days, I suggest you use you common sense here, take a moment and think about it... just how would 380 tons of explosives be moved in the first place without being noticed? The answer is that it cannot... it's not something you can stick inside your shirt or in your pockets... you'll need 38 ten ton trucks fully loaded to move everything, how could it not be noticed while the troops were there? Logic alone dictates that they had to be move prior to anyone arriving at the site... GZ
