Your last paragraph really struck home with me. My health isn't bad, but I am asthmatic, mostly in remission right now. Still, the fear of an onslaught is a major reason I couldn't move out of the states. I've been hospitalized 3 times over the years. Without that immediate attention, I'd be dead.
