A concession would have no effect on the election. The winner is the one who gets the most electoral college votes, period, regardless of what concessions he may or may not have made while the votes are being determined.

A concession means nothing. Remember that wacky conversation Al Gore had with George Bush in 2000. Al conceded, then called back a few minutes later to unconcede and Bush said something to the effect of "My brother said I won?".
