When kerry's loss is assured he and Biden can start their own country. Teresa can buy them MA or another state he carrys. As soon as they are in power they can be cut from the union which may keep the traitor from being hanged here. However, the US can then declare war on the state, take out the leadership like the Hamas...... Dreams,,,
