You still seem to have difficulty with the concept of proof. Simply repeating the same claim is not proof of anything but your ignorance.

As for Atta, the Czech government said the meeting with Iraqi intel occurred and AFAIK they stand by their report to this day. To my knowledge, there has been no conclusive proof either way, but saying that Czech intel reports a meeting and saying "Saddam was behind 9-11" are hardly the same thing.

As for Saddam and Al Qaeda being "linked", they were. But again, that's not the same thing as saying "Saddam was behind 9-11."

So again, please substantiate your claim that Cheney said "Saddam was behind 9-11."
