Sure, they had such a "plan", but they failed to execute it at Al QaQaa. The Pentagon is sending its press relations officers to do damage control for "President" Chimp.

THE TRUTH IS OUT...

A UN crony, who is also the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mohamed El Baradei, and who is also anti Israel, has had a long time personal vendetta against Bush, so now he leaked a bogus missing explosives story a week before the elections in an attempt to influence the American voters... and kerry the clown actually swallows the whole report hook, line, and sinker, only to look like he's now part of the leak while he blathers his bogus "facts" against our President and our troops... what a scum bag... this is what people want for a leader?

Here's the NBC News report... play the video...

When asked was the facility secured upon your arrival, the answer was no, this wasn't an hostile area.
