The position of the Presidency demands respect. How can other countries respect the US if we even denigrate the office of the Presidency?

We do not have to agree with the policy, but calling names? Come on, are we that low that we cannot have civil debate, but rather resorting name calling? Granted that Bush and his cronies are doing dirty campaign, but should we be dragged into the mud? Where is our dignity?
