I'm not expecting a major war with a superpower. I simply take AQ and OBL at their word when they say that the next phase of terror will be primarily economic, designed to bring our economy down. They have delusions of grandeur which have been fueled by the notions that they single-handedly brought down the Soviets and almost bankrupted us on 9/11. They are inflated and delusional, but very, very dangerous and crafty. New Orleans is not the only soft economic target. There are lots of others.
