I am actually just a normal UK citizen, without any special military clearance, and I think those sites are normally open to the public.

My guess is "big brother" has got the web sites on hold until cleared by an appropriate authority. That's OK. I am training them like lab rats going down the maze. I am trust worthy, it might take them a while to understand though. -g-
