Here is your answer.
Do you disagree?
[not disagree with the policy, disagree as to their intentions?]

I think Mish's scenario will ultimately come true. It is the timing that confuses me. This misallocation in what I call a rolling stagflationary depression can go on for many more years. Perhaps the coastal housing bubble and financials deflate while development of new technologies and natural resources in the heartland take center stage while our manufacturing base comes back as the dollar depreciates by another 50%. Jim Rogers made a great point about the housing bubble being regional and watch the areas with natural resources during the Cavuto show on Fox last Saturday. Maybe Dow range is 6k-11k for the remainder of the decade with gold eventually approaching 5k with oil and copper continuing their relentless moves up. Perhaps houses in Tulsa and condos in Houston triple in that time while those in San Diego and Boston go down by a 50% the next few years.

< I see the outcome as all together different, a bad economy translates into loss of confidence in the USD, a bond rout, panic into other forms of money or value, potential Crack-Up boom.>
