Hitler was destabalizing all of Europe plus some and that was a real grave threat to the USA. You blew your story right from the get go. Why bother reading anything else you say. IT falls apart in the first sentence... Your problem is you try to shove facts into your story that just are not facts... We have or had anyway, to many allies in Europe for Milosevic to not be a potential destabalizing force. And he had the military might and the hardware to make it happen....
