Its a war zone without the right plan in place. Bush approved the plan. If anyone is toast, its him. Rumsfeld and Wolfowtiz should have listened to Shinseki and this mess would be a lot less messy. Bush should have asked questions like any good leader would, but he approved a flawed plan anyway. Bush should have not asked Cheney to cook up an excuse to invade in the first place and Bush would be leading in the polls by a huge margin. But no, he screwed up time and again. Can't wait for the congressional inquiries to fire up. I'll bring the popcorn.
