Al, Yeah..but the book of genesis leaves little to equivocation...in a single generation god skipped over primordial man, created modern man, woman, their children with their professions as shepard and farmer, and he also seems to have created discord by respecting abel and alienating cain. Actually, Genesis doesn't preclude the existence of primordial man. And elsewhere in the Bible, it's revealed why God rewarded Abel and rejected Cain's sacrifice: biblegateway.com Anyway, I can go on and on about the problems strict evolutionists have with Genesis, but I'll avoid discussing them right now.
