Incorrect.

Al Qa Qaa is a massive facility containing over 1,000 buildings. It spans many miles in length and breadth. They could have been 3.5 miles away from most points in Al Qa Qaa and still have been within the facility. Their precise location is not the key issue here, but these two facts are:

Fact: film crew filmed bunker after bunker containing 1.1D type explosives, the same designation which is applied to HMX type explosives.

Fact: film crew filmed IAEA seals

Fact: film crew filmed these facilities and seals on April 18 2003.

Fact: The Major didn't even provide a date for his activities.

Keep on grasping.
