If true, what would it prove other than some of the explosives being there at that time?

Its a major leap to then assume they were later looted. Don't we need more information to make that assumption?

What if someone else now comes forward and says they moved it after April 18?

As Rummy said...we had overwhelming air power controlling the area... we had all kinds of activity on the ground and on the roads. Its beyond the realm of normal reasoning to think someone could have come in and looted such a large amount of material without being spotted at that late of a date after the invasion.
