Osama wins one for the Gipper. He has handed GWB the gift of a blatant attempt to influence the presidential election. The great majority of the electorate will see through his clumsy attempt at being "non-political" and see it for what it is, a ringing endorsement of John Kerry. Osama joins all the other terrorist-supporters and sympathizers who see Bush as their nemesis and want to get him out. This is Spain all over again. It worked there, but it aint gonna fly here.
