Jay, I meant, of course, "Owning something today ...". Though owning and owing are only the obverse and reverse of the same coin in the case of most people, who have serious debts as the philosophical foundations of their "ownership", especially in the "ownership" of houses.

As I wrote, having sound philosophical foundations is essential to profitable success, though temporary gains can result with faulty foundations.
