I strongly support stem cell research, and I own some STEM..I'm afraid this touches upon issues that those strongly pro-life so oppose..a group who tried to ban the OTC version of Plan B, a high dosage contraceptive and not an abortion pill.. For some of these folks, no scientific explanation will satisfy them..earlier this year, rkrw alerted us to a program on NPR.. nurses in Birmingham refusing to give adolescent girls who came in the ER the Plan B and even a pharmacist who refused to fill the prescription for a rape victim..this issue touches deep but I believe with time, thorough education, the general electorate will come to accept it.. Zeta
