<<It doesn't have to. Taiwan already controls itself.>> Reminds me of part of my 5 acre lot. 3 different neighbors have claimed a 50' strip of the North side of my lot due to a pin in the road. First two I showed a second pin that showed I owned half of their drive, last one I said you're right. But when you mow, mow up to my paddock fence so it looks equal. Got the I mow it for 5 years it's mine. Right, law says the person who pays the taxes owns the ground. I didn't tell him that part. Now I have an idiot mowing part of my yard for free.
