Add to those facts, that waging war against Iran was dropped from the list of Saddam's offenses and his trial is to be conducted in secret. I wonder if they were afraid Saddam could say something he shouldn't.

Rumsfeld says he brought it up. But more than that, you have brought this out of left field, it was not what I was referring to, or thought we were talking about. I thought we were talking about what might occur in the future, not what did occur in the past. I consider your comments smarmy attempts to make me look bad.
