Race results: Oh, sorry I forgot to tell you. We took a 3rd overall, 7th in the last race. Last race: We broached twice in 30 knot winds. Tore the chute on a cotter pin on the vang, almost lost the skippers wife overboard (she passed out from sea sickness) Lost a spinny sheet, megga bucks as you may know. And got very very wet. Lotta boats dropped out, the conditions were ridiculous. All in all it was a great day for learning. Thank goodness for Dramamine. We beat the Navy boats, that says something huh? On a positive note, we did manage to eat massive quantities of Ria's cookies (2-1 gallon buckets full.) MMM MMM fat bellies, Tim
