Yes, I heard Kerry say those exact words. I told my wife "That's exactly what George Bush is saying!" I can't believe Kerry. That must be "the better plan" he keeps talking about. I've been trying to catch Osama bin Laden's tape, but so far all I've seen are references to it. Kerry can't be very thrilled with bin Ladens's endorsement:)
