Pete Also GDPW does not take into account saleability as I get reamed out by process guys for using that for "yield". If it runs at 1GHz, a P4 is a good die. I don't know who told you this but they're wrong. It would be killed on the wafer. In fact the wafer would never get that far. It was obviously misprocessed. Perhaps you should talk to some other process guys. Let it be noted that you have provided no references whatsoever. Zip nada zilch. Anyone can speculate and you have had your say.
