The problem is our best and brightest wont step forward and deal with the scrutiny to become the President. Consequently our best people are not running for office. We need some straight talkers and a public that is willing to hear bad news! We can choose to ignore bad news until we cant reverse it or we can hear it now and try to fix it! I blame the press and the public for some of the issues we have right now. Nobody wants to hear they need to work harder or support churches. But we all know thats EXACTLY what has worked in the past. It kept us focused on goals and it put sympathetic people in charge of handing out money to those in need. The Govt. and its computerized selection process takes humanity out of the equation and that doesn't work. I'm generally not willing to talk like this because its a waste of my time. People only want to see the negative......But I know damn well I'm right. Now to convince 275 million people to transform their thinking!
