Bin Laden is hard to catch because of Kerry's continuous votes to cut intelligence spending for decades! No proof whatsover OBL was as Tora Bora. Thats all pure made up speculation and conjecture. But Kerry has twice jumped all over uncooberated data like that. Kerry is going to be dangerous when his apparent hindsight intellgence is turned off if God forbid he actually got the job. He will look like a fool on a daily basis.
