Bush has not asked any price or burden from Americans, especially the rich. In fact the entire war (done on the cheap now it seems) was unpaid for. Instead of doing what Kerry demanded with the 87 billion and get the rich to pay for it, Bush put it on the national credit card and refused to account for any of it. Now that money's gone. We got nothing in return.
