So, you're saying now that this took place sometime since this past February, when he started writing columns for the homepage, and since he was writing columns at the time, it gave an air of site-endorsed credibility?

Maybe I'm having a real problem with timelines here.

I disagree on the assertion that there's an administrative solution. Not only would it be ridiculous for us to impose a rule that finance and investments couldn't be discussed via PM, it'd be unenforceable. And everything I'm reading sounds like even if such communications were a Terms of Use violation at the time, they wouldn't have been reported as such.

Edit: Earlier you'd mentioned being glad he's at least got the job of writing the columns. Now it sounds like a goal is to ensure that he doesn't have the job anymore, and even undertones of the site being culpable because we buy his columns. Really confusing me here.
