Perhaps you are unaware that Kerry's bin Laden policy is identical to that of Bush. Very statesman-like, I'll agree. That's as far as he goes in the statesman category.

Kerry wants to give a bigger piece of the pie to everybody. Guess we'd better get a bigger pie, huh?

I posted the links and the news for those numbers. The Iranian government likes Bush because (a) he got rid of two of their biggest enemies (Saddam and Taliban) and (b) they feel despite the rhetoric, he's been soft on them. and (c) most of the sanctions against them came during Clinton. That's for the official Iranian government line.

The poll on Iranian people was for North American residents, so I am not sure how the Iranians inside Iran feel about Bush. Their reasons were unclear. It could be that they think Bush will help with democracy in Iran (even though so far he has done the opposite). But I don't know.
