Nebraskans like Warren Buffett come out to California and as soon as they buy a house here, they think they know everything about California politics and Prop. 13. I voted against it when I had the chance, but what 2/3 of the voters already went for, is awfully hard to get 2/3 of them to undo. Usually all that can be done is to chip away little by little.

But if you say so, sure the repeal of Prop. 13 is "on the table". All it needs is an endorsement from your idol, Arnold Stemcelldebtor, and Prop. 13 is in the trash. Then taxes can be raised to pay more interest on more bonds.
