Dear Amy: I couldnt begin to fathom which city. If they wanted to do the most ECONOMIC damage the likely place would be the financial district of NY. But, if they wanted to create panic in the middle America I would think some nice quiet place like Minneapolis would be ideal. Frankly, I dont think there will be ANY significant problems from terrorists cause I have a lot of faith that a lot of good people are working very hard to keep us safe. But, if it happens it happens and I dont think we should lose faith in ourselves, our government or our leaders if it should occur. We should just be even more resolute in this War.
As to the market, I have what I have and nothing more. Havent bought or sold anything in many months and dont intend to until this election is decided. IF Kerry gets elected I will try to go to as much cash as possible and wait to buy fixed income securities when the rates skyrocket which I believe they will under Kerry. If Bush gets elected I believe there will be a better market in the Nasdaq type securities. I dont expect to see anything like the late 90's in the equities market ever again in my lifetime. That was not a normal situation. jdn

"Hope they restrict the flying by small planes over all large cities on Election day."

What good would that do when a van can get much closer to crowds of people, and can carry a much larger payload with far less risk of discovery?
