Because Kerry will not kill him and Bush will. He's all for martyrdom--for the little guys, not for himself.

Shtirlitz, My concern is we as a people do not realize how the culture is "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" "you killed my Dad 70 years ago so I'm going to kill you." We are not fighting Japan or Germany, where we could rebuild it successfully without the cultural hinderance of the "eye for an eye" stuff. We are fighting cultures that have a different set of rules:
