Bottom line, it happens.

the odds of it happening twice in a row are probably about the same as Florida getting hit by four hurricanes in one season.

I really don't like to say this, but Florida was hit several times in a row by hurricanes not too longer.
Maybe the hurricanes presage a tumultous election aftermath?

Maybe the Columbia spaceshuttle disaster over Texas (Bush state) in February 2003 portends a disastrous defeat for Bush at the very least?
