Problem is Bush hasn't vetoed a single spending bill in his entire term. A record. So yes I lay the blame on Bush. Quit passing the buck on this guy! Bush wants to be the "CEO" President. I say good idea.. His record is a massive failure on about every aspect so he should be fired. Why is that concept so hard?
