I think this version is more realistic:
rasmussenreports.com

With 33 scenarios resulting in a tie we may have the gerrymandering wingnuts in the House deciding our next president instead of the Supreme Court appointing him. I'm sticking with my gut instinct, Kerry wins a decisive victory Tuesday due to massive turn out at the polls.

This is from Monday's Paul Harvey broadcast, The rest of the story:

(Political) Outs can say, I have a plan, yet they need never define it.

The politicians on the outside wanting in can claim: I have a plan for winning in Iraq; without ever naming the plan.
I have a plan for Saving Social Security. I have a plan for full employment. I have a plan for defeating terrorists. Elect me and I’ll win the war, win the peace, and save the whales.

And audiences applaud.

Anyone with a valid pragmatic plan for resolving any of these problems, if he persists in keeping it secret is less than patriotic. If he really cared about you, he would tell you how to resolve the war now. He would tell you how to accomplish peace now; and prosperity, and security now.

Listen to what he is not saying.

I listened to the noon broadcast on www.paulharvey.com. It is just over 10 minutes into the broadcast. This is hand transcribed, and errors are possible but not likely.

Thank Steve Harris for pointing this out.
