I just published a change to manage_ignores.aspx. Using the browser back/forward in various combinations allowed multiple duplicate ignores to be inserted. I changed it to a proc that checks to see if it already exists before adding it.

Next, I'll find/remove any duplicates.

I suddenly had 2 people ignored and I've never ignored anyone. Not sure how they got there. I deleted them, but thought you should know...
