Nope, she died. Sad thing, lots of money was raised on SI to try and help her. It wasn't West Nile, she was infected by a fungus while helping a friend clean out his dead aunt's home.

I do seem to remember someone named Edwarda. This is a very, very faint memory. Was she carrying on some sort of pretty racy, hot online flirtation at Feelings? I cannot really remember with whom, but somehow as I recall now, it was sort of kinky? I remember someone who died pretty suddenly as well. My brain is full of cobwebs and fragments at the moment. Did she live in New York City?
