Kerry never lies. But the Bushies are both liars and gullible as hell. They are also dirty tricksters and cheaters. 36% of people believe Saddam was behind 9-11. 50% still believe Saddam had WMD's at the time we invaded. These ignorant misconceptions are completely based on massive waves of disinformation from the Bushie propaganda machine. On the smearvet front, nota single one of the dozens of accusations they've thrown out there are factual. Even where they use facts, they distort the meaning of the fact and twist it around to make it seem like the opposite of what it is. Frankly, the most dishonest bunch of lowlifes we've ever seen in US politics.
