You said: "We wonder why."

Mr. Ed,
Ha, ha who elected you KING of SI?

My guess is that you are the same guy who posts as 'Man on the Moon' in this thread.

You really waited 2.5 years to use that 'moon man' alias all in defense of Tony Elgindy?

That is so funny, in a very strange and creepy sort of way.

I know that one reason for the hold up in the Tony Elgindy trial is the prosecutors search for more witnesses to back up Hansen's statement. If you check back in the posts I have already made, you will read in one that Hansen made a statement regarding the information that Tony passed out to his clients. Hansen told the government that it was NOT public information that Tony Elgindy distributed to his clients who paid for information.

The only information that counts in a RICO charge is information passed out to clients in a closed environment such as a web site closed to the public or private e-mails; information has to be posted/mailed to clients who paid for it, and the information has to be from a secured government source, such as a secured FBI database. Tony told his paying clients, over and over again, that the information he was passing out to them came from a secured FBI database. That is WHY so many opted to pay so much for his information to use as a basis for shorting activities, but then I am very sure that you are very aware of this fact.

Ed, have you checked your snail mail today?

If you get an envelope with a return address from the Department of Justice I suggest that it would be a good idea to open it; follow all instructions, and tell the truth, like Hansen is telling the truth.
