With regard to your question at the end of your post, I wish to say that I believed and continue to believe that Bush made a huge mistake at Tora Bora. Yes, I was incredulous that Osama was apparently allowed to escape and I realized, long before Kerry made an issue of it, that Tora Bora would return to haunt Bush again and again.

The suggestion that Bush had allowed Osama to escape seemed to be bolstered somewhat by the fact that Bush had allowed at least 30 members of the Bin Lauden family to fly home to Saudi Arabia on 13th September 2001, a day when all planes were prohibited from flying. That special favour accorded to the Bin Laden family in New York somehow made me suspect that Bush apparently was extending a similar favour to Osama himsel at Tora Bora! (Don't forget that Bush and the Ben Ladens are good friends and business partners and they had bailed him out from his failed oil business in Texas.

Your post was generally incoherent and unconvincing, and you rambled on and on.
